Ticket-Based Technical Support System To access our ticket-based helpdesk, please log in to your shopping cart account, click the "Support" link on the upper right hand side of the page and then click the "Open a New Ticket with Support" link. A case will be opened and you will receive a ticket number. You can use that number to view your case at any time from any web browser.
 
Search our Knowledge Base To access our Knowledge Base, please log in to your shopping account, click the "Support" link on the upper right hand side of the page and then click the "Search our Knowledge Base" link. From there, you should be able to search our extensive Knowledge Base using keywords to download answers to many frequently asked questions.
